With the Assist app, you have all the information at your fingertips.
You get the full overview of contact information and availability of colleagues.
The app downloads the entire organization's phonebook to your mobile phone and also contains a number of useful functions that can save you time.
We have created a number of video guides that briefly show the most important functions in Assist, so you can easily and quickly get started using it as soon as you have switched to One+. The videos are only available in Danish, however.

Instead of calling your voicemail and listening through the messages, in Assist you can see all your messages in a list interface and only listen to the ones you want right now.
You can easily forward your calls. You can choose to either forward all calls or forward only when busy or no-answer.
If you are a member of a Call Center – i.e. a search group/call group - you can see an overview in the app and sign in and out of them.
Under "Contacts" you have access to your colleagues who are part of the One+ solution.
Once you have answered an incoming call, you can transfer the call during the conversation - to a colleague or to an external number.
When you are unable to answer calls, you can ensure that incoming calls are met with your status.
With Assist you can choose to record your call - either always, never or when needed.
