Here you can find guides to installing the software that is part of the One+ solution. The software will, of course, only work properly once you have switched to the solution.

This is an app for your phone that you install through its app store.

Unity Suite

Voicemail is associated with your One+ mobile subscription.
If you cannot answer your phone, Voicemail will receive the message and notify you by text message. In addition, Voicemail is built into the Assist app, where you can see a visual overview of the messages waiting for you. This gives you an quick overview and you can jump directly to the playback of a message by tapping it.
Once you have switched to One+, you can record your welcome message, listen to recorded messages etc. by calling your voicemail number.

Your personal voicemail

With the Assist app, you have all the information at your fingertips.
You get the full overview of contact information and availability of colleagues.
The app downloads the entire organization's phonebook to your mobile phone and also contains a number of useful functions that can save you time.
We have created a number of video guides that briefly show the most important functions in Assist, so you can easily and quickly get started using it as soon as you have switched to One+. The videos are only available in Danish, however.

Instead of calling your voicemail and listening through the messages, in Assist you can see all your messages in a list interface and only listen to the ones you want right now.

You can easily forward your calls. You can choose to either forward all calls or forward only when busy or no-answer.

If you are a member of a Call Center – i.e. a search group/call group - you can see an overview in the app and sign in and out of them.

Once you have answered an incoming call, you can transfer the call during the conversation - to a colleague or to an external number.

With Webex, the computer can be used as a cheaper alternative to the desk phone. You can forward calls to an available colleague and send messages and documents across the company.

Cisco Webex

Your Unity Suite includes the tools you need to be a part of an efficient and modern switch board or call center. Calls can be answered on your computer or on your IP or mobile phone, and work with both Teams and Webex.
You get a complete overview of your colleagues' calendar status, as well as easy and intuitive handling of incoming and outgoing calls with or without presentation. There is integration with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.

Here is a short introduction to Unity Reception

With your One+ mobile subscription comes YouSee Music, which gives you access to millions of music tracks.
All it takes is you create your login. Follow the guide below to get started.
Note, however, that you can of course only get started once you have switched to One+. Unless you already have a business subscription from TDC Erhverv.

<li>To access YouSee Music, you must create a YouSee Login. See how <a href="https://id.yousee.dk/opret-login">here</a>.</li>
<li>Then select I would like a login with limited access, using sms code.</li>
<li>Enter your mobile number associated with your TDC Erhverv subscription and press Send Password</li>
<li>Enter the one-time code that you receive as a text message and press Continue.</li>
<li>Fill in your information for your YouSee Login and press Continue.</li>
</ol>
Now your YouSee Login is ready for use, and you can, for example, download the YouSee Music app from the App Store or Google Play and log in. You can also find YouSee Music at musik.yousee.dk once you have switched to One+.

YouSee Musik

There are four different mobile subscriptions in One+, so how much data you have available depends on which subscription you get.
However, all subscriptions have unlimited talk, SMS and MMS, access to Assist and YouSee Music included.
Login to <a href="https://mit.tdcerhverv.dk">mit.tdcerhverv.dk</a> and see what is included in your One+ mobile subscription.
In your organization there will be one or more of your colleagues who are administrator for the rest of you. This means that they have access to our Self-Service, where they can manage all the subscriptions.
If you lose your phone, your administrator can block your SIM card and order a new one.
