Hey, nice to meet you

Your company or organization has purchased the solution TDC Erhverv One+, and you and your colleagues will soon start using it. On these pages we will tell you about the solution, and how the switch will take place. Enjoy!

SCROLL

TDC Erhverv Assist

A personal assistant in your pocket

One+ includes the tool TDC Erhverv Assist. It is an app for your phone with many clever features that can help you in your workday.

In Assist you have a company phonebook, so it is easy and quick to get hold of colleagues. And you can even see if that person is busy in a call or available.

You can also use Assist to transfer calls, and if you are a member of a call group, this is the place to sign in and out.

You install the app via the App Store or Google Play and with the startup guide, you are up and running in two minutes.

Webex

Your computer becomes a phone

Cisco Webex is a collaboration tool built on the same BroadWorks technology platform as our TDC Erhverv One+ and TDC Erhverv Scale telephony solutions.

With Webex, you can:

  • Make calls using your mobile number
  • Place calls on hold
  • Forward and transfer calls
  • Add multiple participants to a call and join/leave call centers.

In addition to telephony, the Webex app allows you to easily and securely communicate with customers and colleagues in high-quality video meetings, chat, and file sharing.

Your mobile subscription

The best coverage and plenty of data

When you switch to your One+ mobile subscription, you are on Denmark's best mobile network.

There are four different mobile subscriptions in One+ where the amount of data available depends on the subscription. Of course, all subscriptions have free talk, SMS and MMS. Check your subscription details on mit.tdcerhverv.dk

In your organization there will be one or more of your colleagues who have the administrator duty. This means that they have access to our Self-Service, where they can manage your subscriptions. The administrator can also tell you which subscription you have.

If you lose your phone, your administrator can block your SIM card and order a new one.

How will the switch happen?

The day you switch to our solution is called your installation day. Prior to that day, a lot of setup work has been done by us in collaboration with some of your colleagues.

However, as an ordinary user the switch to One+ is fairly easy. You may have to replace the SIM card in your mobile phone, install an app and maybe a program or two. Ready.

You may get a new SIM card

If there is a need to change SIM card, you will receive it directly from our contact in your organization.

That colleague can also tell you when to replace your current SIM card with the new one. So please remember your new SIM card on the day of the switch.

Incidentally, it is always a good idea to restart the phone once you have started using One+.

A visit on the installation day

On the installation day, we will typically send one of our friendly technicians to your office to install your phones and check that everything is working.

However, your organization may have opted out of getting a visit from us. In that case we will call your contact person and sort everything out.

There are lots of user guides and assistance for One+ on the pages you are reading and at tdc.dk/kundeservice (in Danish).

Install a bit of software

In preparation for the switch, you are welcome to install the Assist app on your phone.

If your organization has chosen to use Webex, you can also download and install that program on your computer, but it will not work until you have switched to our solution.

In the days after the switch, you will receive an SMS with instructions on how to log in.

  • Setup and configuration

Once your company or organization has chosen One+, we will start preparing for the switch in collaboration with you. As a regular employee, you do not have to do anything here.

  • You may get a new SIM card

If you are a mobile user and you need to change your SIM card, you will get it from our contact in your organization. That colleague can also tell you when to switch it with the current one in your phone.

  • Installation day

On the day of the switch, one of our friendly technicians will typically join you at your office, set up phones and sort out all the practical stuff. He or she will also check that everything is up and running.
